Sourcing Manager USA, EPC Division
We’re hiring a Sourcing Manager to join our EPC Division based in League City, Texas, USA.
In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing activities—identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships—while collaborating globally with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with business needs.
This position reports to the VP, Commercial & Strategy
What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.
Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with ALMACO policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.
What you’ll do (Specific Responsibilities)
Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure quality and compliance with ALMACO standards.
Lead contract negotiations including terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Manage supplier performance and address issues or concerns as they arise.
Work globally with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and performance to senior management.
Provide purchasing support when necessary during the project phase.
What we’re looking for (Education & Experience)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
