Operative Assistant, USA - Part time
The Operative Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Executive Chairman and the Sunrise office. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
The position supports executive effectiveness through structured administrative assistance, follow-up, and coordination, while also contributing to local office organization, onboarding administration, and internal processes.
Executive Administrative Support
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive Chairman
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
Prepare, format, and organize documents, presentations, and internal communication
Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines to support executive effectiveness
Manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Sunrise Office & Operational Support
Support the day-to-day operations of the Sunrise office
Assist with office coordination, supplies, service providers, and general office organization
Support onboarding-related administration and internal documentation when needed
Help coordinate visits, internal meetings, and local logistics
Provide ad-hoc administrative support aligned with business needs
Educational and Competence Requirements
Previous experience in administrative, office operations, or business support roles
Experience supporting senior leadership or executives is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
