Purchasing Specialist - EPC Division

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Purchasing Specialist to support our EPC operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of products and services for global projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement from negotiation to on-site delivery.
  • Support site teams with urgent material needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines.
  • Process invoices and coordinate payments.
  • Resolve supplier and subcontractor claims with project teams.
  • Source local suppliers to enhance cost efficiency and local content.
  • Oversee on-site logistics and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Technical or business-related education.
  • Experience in purchasing, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Knowledge of supplier markets and materials.
