Sales Assistant, Catering Systems Division
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Catering Division. This position is ideally suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in international business and the marine industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Managers in the preparation of offers, quotations, and sales documentation
- Coordinate communications with customers, shipyards, suppliers, and internal departments
- Maintain CRM data and generate sales-related reports
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and events related to sales activities
- Monitor and follow up on project and quotation statuses
- Support the preparation of presentations, tender documentation, and customer correspondence
- Contribute to internal improvement initiatives and divisional development projects
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and self-driven with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination is beneficial but not required
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in complex, project-based sales and to grow into a Sales Manager position over time.
