Sales Manager, Catering Systems Division
Join our team as a Sales Manager in the Catering Systems Division, where you'll drive sales, manage customer relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle for marine catering solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies in the marine catering sector.
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, including shipowners and shipyards.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Represent ALMACO at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in sales within the marine industry or a related field (e.g., industrial sales, offshore).
- Strong knowledge of project-based sales and long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
