As Projects & Engineering Manager, Refrigeration Machinery, in our Catering Systems Division, you will hold the following key responsabilities:

• Overall management of RM projects: planning, cost control, quality, HSE
• Contract management of the RM projects: owning the customer relationship, ensuring the compliance to the contracts (both technically & commercially), negotiating the change orders & claims
• Risks & Opportunities management
• Managing the Refrigeration Machinery & Automation engineering department
• Maintain and develop the human resources of the team
• Ensure the design & engineering deliverables (drawings/specs/bill of material) meet the projects requirements, ALMACO’s standards and internal needs.
• Lead products’ developments as per the strategy of the division

Additionally you will have these specific responsabilities in this role:

• Involvement in Sales
• Active involvement in processes implementation & continuous improvement
• Awareness of the rules and standards applicable to RM for passenger ships, and maintain his team at the right level of expertise

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

• Fluency in English
• Engineering education and good technical awareness in Refrigeration systems, piping, electrics, ship building.
• Ability to organize and prioritize ongoing multiple tasks.
• Ability to lead a team, sense of responsibility, good communication skills.
• Computer skills : Microsoft office, MS Project, Autocad
• An open minded and a self starter attitude
• Ability to take initiative and work in a fast moving international environment.
