Purchasing Estimator, Lifecyle Services
As Purchasing Estimator in our Lifecyle Services division, you will hold the keys responsibilities for estimating project costs during the Sales phase and for the procurement during the Order to Delivery phase of projects.
Additionally, you will also have the following specific responsibilities:
- Estimate full turn-key project cost during pre-contractual phase (material, installation, project costs, etc.)
- Responsible for the procurement of all products and services for assigned projects (subcontracting, equipment, installation materials, shipping…) within given budget
- Prepare manning, travelling, marking and shipping documentations
- Possibility to go on dry dock to manage on site logistics
- Source and develop relationship with vendors and subcontractors
In order to be successful in this position, you will need to have:
- Knowledge of ALMACO markets and ALMACO families of products
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Design and engineering experience a plus
- Fluent English, Finnish/French a plus
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
- Interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
