Purchasing Internship, Catering Systems Division

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Intern to join our French team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure and a comprehensive understanding of our industry. The main mission of this role is to support our purchasers in various purchasing tasks and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for Purchasers: Assist in purchasing tasks, providing vital support to the purchasing team.
- Purchase Orders: Write purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system and manage simple and non-strategic execution orders.
- Vendor Evaluation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of vendor evaluations by collecting and following up with suppliers.
Requirements:
- ability to work in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
