Galley Installation Supervisor, Catering Systems Division

Lead galley installation, oversee subcontractors, ensure compliance, report progress, and coordinate materials.

As Galley Installation Supervisor in our Catering Systems Division, you will hold the following key responsibilities: 

  • Manage the galley installation works for our newbuilding projects.
  • Drive the installation subcontractors in charge: planning, workload, progress, QHSE.
  • Ensure that works are achieved in accordance with applicable standards, specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure that all non-conformances are recorded and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Reporting of the progress internally and externally using the shared equipment list, including the commissioning status
  • Ensure the connection with the logistic team to get the material onboard in due time.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for these specific tasks:

  • Manage the galley installation works for our newbuilding projects.

Educational and competence requirements to succeed in this position:

  • Excellent knowledge of galley installation
  • Good command of English
  • Good command of the pack office, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of marine rules and regulations, especially USPHS standard
  • Good knowledge of the shipbuilding standards
