As Galley Service Engineer in our Lifecycle Services Division, you will hold the key responsibility of executing and supervising ALMACO service interventions.
Additionally, you will also hold the following specific responsibilities:
- Conduct onboard visits to assess inquiries and help customers express their needs.
- Participate, with Maintenance Coordinators, in the planning of interventions.
- Perform service interventions with ALMACO families of products (Catering and Accommodation)
- Training maintenance and operative staff on board
- Support Spare Parts and Product Divisions
- Participate in Lifecycle Services portfolio development (Maintenance kits database, installation kits, digital tools content, reports, planning, etc.)
To be successful in this position, we will need to have
- Good knowledge and experience of ALMACO families of products (Catering and Accommodation)
- Fluent English
- Interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
- Customer care skills
- Knowledge of company quality system and processes
- Marine/Offshore market knowledge a plus
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
